  1. Brilliant interview. Capt. Plumb is the definition of resilience. I’m curious to know what each of you took away from the discussion?

  2. Jocko – I’m 33, married with two little girls – ages 6 &3. We have had conversations about strangers, safety, etc. I take this very serious as I have seen firsthand what happens due to my profession. My girls take taekwondo, Karate, Gymnastics, soccer, softball and get after it with me on mountain hikes. What tips do you have for me to speak to my daughters in a way that they understand the evil that lurks to prey on small girls. What is your viewpoint and experience with your kids? Thank you.
